- 1 cup [140 g] flour
- 1/2 teaspoon [2.5 mL] salt
- 1/8 teaspoon [0.5 mL] pepper
- 2 eggs
- 2/3 cup [160 mL] milk

- Mix together flour, salt and pepper.
- Into a clean bowl, beat eggs; beat in milk.
- Slowly beat in flour, until smooth.
- Cut fish into individual servings before dipping each serving into
mixture and frying in boiling oil
