MIXTURE FOR FISH AND CHIPS

  • 1 cup [140 g] flour
  • 1/2 teaspoon [2.5 mL] salt
  • 1/8 teaspoon [0.5 mL] pepper
  • 2 eggs
  • 2/3 cup [160 mL] milk
  • Mix together flour, salt and pepper.
  • Into a clean bowl, beat eggs; beat in milk.
  • Slowly beat in flour, until smooth.
  • Cut fish into individual servings before dipping each serving into mixture and frying in boiling oil
