PASSATELLI


Ingredients :
- 70 Grams of bread crumbs,
- 1 Egg
- 30 Grams of Parmesan cheese crumbs
- Nutmeg to pleasure
- Rind of lemon crumbs to pleasure
- Meat stock

Execution:
Mix all together the ingredients.
Fairies attention to the consistency of the paste that does not have to be too much  hard (Using the traditional iron for passatelli the paste will have to be a po more)
