1) - choose the target on the below stereotactic atlas

(default values lead to the right posteromedial hypothalamus)

2) - choose angles

(default values works with normal third ventricle shape but a wider ventricle need a wider coronal angle )

update Java runtime to properly run the brain atlas program (clik here and install J141.exe on the system ) (2 Mb)
